What you'll be doing:
This is a group-level role that assists in growing eCommerce as a channel for a portfolio of premium airport service products within Plaza Premium Group, spanning across lounges, airport terminal hotels, airport passenger services, and our global airport membership programme. The right candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective and lasting online consumer journey, grow and engage web visitors, improve online/direct channels revenue, enhance customer experience, and ensure a seamless end-to-end integration of our eCommerce business and systems. You will also be responsible to analyse data and identify marketing/growth opportunities, supported by timely reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain, co-ordinate all aspects of the branded websites in terms of content update and system development to support the growth of website traffic, drive conversion, and increase revenue/yield.
• Assist the strategic development of E-Commerce platform with managers for online sales growth, traffic acquisition, enhancement of customer experience and retention.
• Be the single point of contact with different business units in HQ and local teams worldwide for timely management/updates of content, pricing/rate plans, service information, etc., on the digital commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy of information across multiple locales and languages.
• Execute content uploading/publishing tasks on the CMS (light usage of HTML and manipulation of CSS), embed links/other requirements within agreed content and localisation frameworks.
• Carry out Quality Control/audit of published content, consistently evaluate website user interface and content to improve user experience, user engagement, and overall web performance.
• Assist the team to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any development and enhancements of the entire eCommerce platforms.
• Produce reports and dashboards, and perform conduct ongoing data analysis to track and share insights, learnings, measuring performance against business goals (ROI/KPI).
About you:
• University degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or a relevant discipline, with minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in eCommerce, performance marketing in travel/ hospitality industry or related field.
• Experience with CMS (Content Management System), CRM such as Drupal and Kentico, Emarsys, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, is a plus, and any eCommerce online booking related platforms/applications.
• Ability to balance between quality and quantity; results-driven.
• Proficiency in Excel manipulations, web analytics, tagging and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI or similar, is compulsory, with strong understanding of ROI and web conversion metrics
• Energetic self-starter, independent, collaborative, hands-on team player.
• Resourceful, ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English (and Chinese is beneficial).
