Job introduction
Job Responsibilities:
1. Master the composition, structure and performance of polymer materials and polymer injection molding processing technology;
2. Familiar with polymer material molding processing technology and R&D equipment, testing instrument principles and operations;
3. Be familiar with commonly used testing standards and various testing methods for polymer materials;
4. Conduct basic analysis and research on the materials used by the company and establish the company's material information database and material technical standards;
5. Responsible for material selection, sample confirmation, and material supplier selection.
Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree or above, major in polymer materials; experience in independent research of injection molding materials and development of new materials using new technologies is required.
2. Familiar with the utilization of PE recycled materials and PP recycled materials, and those with experience in the development and research of recycled materials for injection molding are preferred. Development of process packages or catalyst development or production of coal-to-ethylene glycol, dimethyl carbonate, and 1.4-butanediol process package development or catalyst R&D or production management experience; catalyst performance improvement, process optimization; catalyst pilot test, pilot test, industrialization experience; catalyst initial start-up experience
