A leading foreign bank is looking to hire a junior sales support officer. Candidates with client services/ client onboarding/ and documentation checking experiences are highly preferred. Fresh graduates with relative internship experiences are also welcomed
Key Responsibilities
• Provide sales and maintenance support by reviewing client forms/documents for accuracy before submission to Wealth Management Operations (WMO).
• Perform operational support tasks, including independent call-backs and coordinating retail banking services for Private Banking (PB) and Treasures Private Client (TPC) clients.
• Track and report data accurately to support management reporting requirements.
• Handle Front Office inquiries related to sales and operational procedures.
• Support account opening by coordinating with RMs and ARMs for document verification, scanning, and archival.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve account opening system-related issues.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience in client services or account onboarding is highly preferred.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy.
• Self-motivated, capable of multitasking effectively, and committed to high integrity and accountability.
