Our client is a regional leading electronic components manufacturer who specialises in innovation, AV products and consumer electronics. They are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead a dynamic team in the electronic components industry. This position required a professional with a passion for electronics and a flair for building thriving customer relationships.

Your new role

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, with a preference for experience in LED Display Systems, AV, and IT product field trading.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.

• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, sales, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

• Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives.

• Train, mentor, and lead the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronic components industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient at using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• The ability to travel to the mainland/overseas for work when necessary.
