Job Overview
This role leads the hotel’s marketing efforts, from developing strategies to driving brand and communication related initiatives. We play a crucial role in shaping our hotel’s brand image, creating awareness and driving revenue growth. Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
• Manage and build the digital ecosystem including website, and branded eCommerce platforms, attract traffic to website, generate leads, and ultimately improve sales
• Provide market insights to internal teams on demand generation campaigns, and act as internal advocate on forming data-driven decisions
• Identify relevant target segment and transform data for statistical analyses to provide Customer Relationship Management insights and support marketing initiatives
• Prepare reports to facilitate efficient data analysis for marketing campaign performance and effectiveness
• Key point of contact with internal teams and external agencies on managing digital, Customer Relationship Management and data project status, timing, and internal resources
• Manage end-to-end digital customer experience for the property
Requirements
Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
• A degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Marketing, Business or related fields
• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with previous experience in handling digital project development and paid media related scope
• Proven track record in launching brand and performance campaign. Having experience in start-up business environments will be an advantage
• Ability to analyse data from Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook insights will be an advantage
• Knowledge on Chinese digital marketing channels such as Wechat, Little Red Book, TikTok etc.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
