Key Responsibilities:
• Global Strategy Development:
• Create and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy tailored to international markets, aligning tactics with regional objectives and growth targets.
• Cross-Channel Campaign Management:
• Oversee and optimize campaigns across essential digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, and Google Ads, to drive audience acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness tailored to each market.
• Innovative Lead Generation Campaigns:
• Design and implement creative lead-generation campaigns that capture attention, resonate with target audiences, and yield high-quality leads across multiple channels and global markets.
• Data & Tag Management:
• Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) for effective tracking and data management, ensuring seamless integration with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for comprehensive campaign measurement and reporting.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Guide team members in campaign execution, analysis, and optimization, ensuring alignment with overarching strategies and supporting their professional growth.
• Budget Allocation & Optimization:
• Efficiently manage and allocate budgets across channels and regions, optimizing spend to maximize ROI while achieving performance targets within budget constraints.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation:
• Drive A/B and multivariate testing on key campaign elements—such as creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies—to enhance campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborative Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment:
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Creative, Product, Analytics, and Regional Marketing Leads, to align performance marketing initiatives with brand strategy and key product launches.
• Market Research & Insights:
• Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies across global markets, adapting strategies to capture new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Vendor & Partner Management:
• Cultivate and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners to ensure timely and effective execution of digital media buys and enhance campaign automation.
Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong track record managing campaigns across global markets, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, ideally within the fintech sector.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken) to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across regions.
• Demonstrated experience with digital ad platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, and Google Ads, with a proven record of delivering exceptional results.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tag management, data analysis, and actionable insights.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns and addressing challenges.
• Knowledge of cultural nuances and consumer behaviors in various regions, with the ability to adapt strategies to suit local markets.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including leadership teams.
