What You’ll Be Doing?

Market Research & Business Strategy

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify commercial opportunities and develop a detailed sales pipeline.

• Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to formulate effective sales strategies.

• Actively contribute to business strategy, including product innovation and digital transformation, aligned with internal objectives and market conditions.

• Develop and execute localized and international business strategies to drive overseas sales revenue.

• Identify and assess strategic clients’ needs, ensuring solutions align with business objectives while maintaining company interests.

Business Development & Sales Execution

• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners to promote Varadise Cosmos in Singapore.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Conduct direct sales, including client outreach, presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit (GP) targets.

• Work with internal teams (Pre-sales, Post-sales, Product, and Technical Support) to ensure customer success and seamless implementation.

• Travel internationally to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support business expansion initiatives.

Channel Partner & Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain profitable partnerships with local and international partners.

• Train and support channel partners with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their sales performance.

• Coordinate with corporate communications to develop lead generation campaigns aligned with sales targets.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and monitor sales performance using key metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations for business improvement based on performance analysis. (e.g. Weekly sales report, monthly tracker, Salesforce dashboards, etc.)

What We’re Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital solutions.

• Experience working within or selling to the construction industry is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.

• Exposure to government projects and familiarity with digitalization, IoT, smart city solutions is a plus.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager.
