Responsibilities:


• Establish and manage a team of sales (AE) to achieve business sales targets


• Develop strategic sales plans and identify business opportunities to expand the client base


• Provide cross-product investment advice to meet the investment and financial needs of high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and individual customers


• Organize meetings, seminars, and other client engagement activities to maintain close business relationships with clients
• Ensure the team fully complies with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and guidelines

Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, or a related field


• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for private banking experience
• Priority given to candidates with a strong client network


• Proven track record in sales and team leadership within the wealth management sector


• Strong focus on sales and customer service, with excellent team-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
