At the moment, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (Sales & Marketing) to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily administrative duties and clerical support like preparing agreements and letters
• Handle and follow up customers’ enquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and updated record of all sales activities and customer information in relevant systems e.g. Opera etc
• Monitor market trends and track competitor activities to support the Sales & Marketing team members in their activities
Job Requirements:
• Degree or higher diploma holder in Hospitality Management or Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese while Mandarin is a plus
• Good interpersonal, able to work under pressure
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, knowledge in hotel systems e.g. Opera is an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
