Born from the will of LVMH Group, world leader in luxury, to establish itself in the eyewear sector, Thélios designs, produces and distributes sunglasses and optical frames for some of its most prestigious Maisons: Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Stella McCartney, Kenzo, Berluti, Bulgari, Tag Heuer and Fred. In addition, Thélios owns two proprietary brands, Barton Perreira and Vuarnet.

We are now looking for a professional candidate with strong can-do attitude to join our dynamic marketing team as :

MARKETING MANAGER / ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Marketing Director for the ideation, planning, and development of trade marketing activities, including visual merchandising with customized productions, B2B / B2C promotions, trainings, etc.;

• Communicate with headquarters and customers to drive implementation of the Trade Marketing plans, in line with each brands’ strategy and tracking results to evaluate ROI;

• Lead regional partners to enhance share of space and to deliver high quality visibilities across different competitive optical channels; Field visits may be required;

• Work closely with vendors for continuous cost and quality optimization; timely deliver flawless executions and review technical VM details are accurate per guidelines;

• Guarantee effective training presentations to internal and external staff, sharing brand vision and engaging seasonal stories to link with the products;

• Monitor product placement opportunities, adapt and translate social media contents, press releases and collaterals for training and PR usage;

• Support launch of buying events and participate in key client meetings to promote new collections;

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape;

• Assist with new assignments as necessary to meet business goals.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of proven marketing experience, ideally with relevant industries (Eyewear and/or Beauty);

• Candidates with experience from multi-brand & competitive environments; agency background is a plus;

• Proven track record to devise & manage trade marketing strategies and high quality visual merchandising projects;

• Excellent project management, presentation & communication skills is a MUST;

• Proactive, organized, self-motivated and able to quickly react in a changing environment;

• Detail-minded, analytical, and energetic with a strong sense of responsibility;

• Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin is required;

• Proficient excel and powerpoint skills;

• Capable of working under stress and leading multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Travelling may be required.

Candidates with lower experiences will be considered for the position as Assistant Marketing Manager.
