(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.) You will be responsible for: devising and implementing marketing and advertising plans to promote the WestK’s performing arts programmes and venues through integrated marketing campaigns including online, print, outdoor and social media channels; producing a range of marketing content and promotional materials such as print matters, photos, videos, social media content and marketing copy to showcase the unique selling points of each programme; working with producers, partners, designers, editors, marketing agencies and production houses to achieve the set outcomes; adjusting marketing strategies based on ticket sales performances and marketing KPIs; optimising marketing efforts by studying the latest marketing trends and insights; and preparing marketing reports on a regular basis. You should: possess a recognised university degree preferably in marketing, creative media, cultural management or related disciplines; graduates in Chinese or English Language will also be considered; have at least 3 years of work experience in large-sized organisations, preferably in the arts and culture, marketing, tourism and hospitality fields; have track records in planning and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; have experience in producing a wide range of marketing collateral; be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; be able to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines; and be passionate about the performing arts and promoting it to a wider audience, and keen to develop a career in the arts sector.
