Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions across front-end, back-end, and analytics tiers;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and evaluate new technologies;
• Mentor and support team members in delivering new features and functionality;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience;
• Work closely with digital marketing teams to enhance SEO and web presence.
Qualifications & Experience
• Must have:-
• Full-stack experience is preferred, *but front-end proficiency is essential;
• Strong understanding of modern frontend development practices , including responsive design and component-based architecture;
• Proficiency in React.js with experience in state management libraries like Redux and Redux-Saga;
• Experience in Java / .NET;
• 4+ years professional experience in front-end and advanced university degree in a relevant field;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex challenges;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• * Nice-to-have:-
• Experience with JSON, RESTful APIs , and modern software development processes ( e.g., DevOps, CI/CD);
• C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS);
• TSQL, LINQ, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
