About the role:

What you'll do:
• Lead business expansion efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing high-value client relationships and partnerships with market makers, OTC desks, exchanges and blockchain foundations.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap to expand First Digital’s market presence across Asia and beyond.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities and ensuring seamless execution from lead generation to deal closure.
• Negotiate and execute commercial agreements, partnerships, and integrations, ensuring long-term value creation.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to align business development efforts with First Digital’s overall vision.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to position First Digital as a market leader.
• Represent First Digital at conferences, industry events, and networking forums to build brand awareness and foster new opportunities.
What we're looking for:
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or financial services.
• A strong network within the Web3, digital asset, and institutional finance ecosystem.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of crypto infrastructure, trading platforms, custody solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading and managing a small team, with a focus on performance and professional development.
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude and ability to work independently.
