Responsibilities:
• Support Manager on delivering eShop business including promotion campaigns planning, E-shop development and build the digital marketing plan.
• Assist in communicating the requirement and secure the load out of Enhancement of eShop UI & UX design, customer service, operations and data analytics.
• Assist in the collaboration of cross functional teams including IT, Sales & Marketing, Business Analytic, Finance, Logistic & Operation, Customer Service team and vendors in developing relevant eShop project and development.
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Business discipline or related disciplines.
• Preferably with E-Commerce Shop Development experience & IG/FB Accounts Planning and Development to support Corporate.
• Minimum 2 years CRM experience in sizable retail or FMCG industry with proven track record in managing customers database.
• Strong in Google Analytics, CRM and social media channels, web & app crawler tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with technology and online savvy mind set.
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
