About Our Client
Our client, a leading consumer health care brand is looking for a Sales Manager to join their commercial team in Hong Kong and support the Key Account and Channel Sales business.
Job Description
• Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve commercial objectives.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities for business expansion, maintain good relationship with current customer base and approach new clients.
• Formulate effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets while nurturing customer relationships.
• Deliver regular sales performance reports and monthly forecasts.
• Work closely with cross function team for commercial events, corporate accounts, and e-commerce channels.
• Oversee trade spending and the allocation of promotional funds.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related subject
• At least 6 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG, including a minimum of 2 years in Key Account management.
• Demonstrated success in Key Account Management or Channel Sales.
• Sales leading experience is value added.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, with a results-oriented mindset, high self-motivation, and strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
