About Our Client
A leading consumer electronic brand with a public listed company background, they are looking for a Sales Manager to drive B2B business growth.
Job Description
• Develop effective business development strategies that align with the commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers and direct clients to enhance market penetration.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance metrics to senior management
• Work closely with regional sales and operations teams to execute business initiatives.
• Lead negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions that contribute to long-term business success.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Regional coverage across domestic and SEA region.
The Successful Applicant
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the consumer electronics industry. Strong B2B sales experience is highly preferred.
• Associate/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Solid understanding of consumer electronics products, market dynamics, and B2B sales processes.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business, achieving sales targets, and building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Occasional travel is required
