Our client is one of the fastest growing FinTech companies. Due to business needs, a Partnership Manager is needed to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential partners to promote the adoption of our financial platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations such as FIs, corporates and businesses across the globe
• Develop strategic partnership proposals and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and technical integration of new partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support to partners and address any partnership-related issues or concerns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, group entities, external partners and vendors in developing and promoting our key fintech solutions
• Follow HKMA procedure and guideline to assess, evaluate and support new business / partnership opportunity.
• Monitor and report partner’s performance and P&L contribution to ensure business target is met.
• To maintain thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and keep up with latest trend in innovative Fintech use cases locally and in Asia region, and maintain a leading position in the market
Requirements:
• University degree, relevant qualifications in Business Administration is preferred.
• Solid years of relevant experience from recognized establishments in financial services and/or payment and fintech related industries
• Deep experience in payments and web3.0 is needed
• Cryptocurrency on and off ramp experience is an advantage
• Sound understanding on latest market and technology trend and having track record in commercializing and operationalizing innovative business and operating models/solutions.
• Analytical, be able to visualize opportunities, issues and correlation from data
• Acute and professional communicator with proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders
• Result oriented and have strong desire to deliver beyond expectation
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered for Manager role
