We are partnering with a reputable snack brand to find a Marketing Manager develop impactful marketing strategies across key Asian markets.This role will focus on Hong Kong, with expansion into Taiwan and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving user acquisition, boosting brand awareness, and fostering strong customer engagement in diverse cultural contexts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both local and global markets to increase user acquisition, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

• Manage and optimize key digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Oversee the creation and implementation of culturally relevant marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions.

• Lead global PR efforts, encompassing media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance data, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with product development and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.

• Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently across various campaigns and channels.

• Stay abreast on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies in the Asian snack food market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on growth and digital marketing.

• Goal-oriented and result-driven

• Proven success in managing global marketing campaigns and implementing user acquisition strategies.

• Advanced analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.

• Exceptional communication and project management skills.

• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, coupled with a deep understanding of Hong Kong and Chinese cultures.
