KKday is seeking a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to lead and execute product-driven marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to develop impactful campaigns across various channels while aligning closely with product development and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Planning: Drive and Execute the marketing campaign strategies for KKday’s product launches and seasonal promotions, ensuring they align with overall business objectives and target audience preferences.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams regional marketing, and business development teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive product success in the Hong Kong market.

• Channel Management: Drive and Execute multi-channel campaign execution, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and offline channels. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

• Creative Direction: Guide the creative development of campaign assets, including video, visuals, and copy, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the product’s value proposition.

• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using data analytics, assessing the effectiveness of various marketing channels, and optimizing campaigns for better ROI.

• Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to continuously refine and innovate marketing strategies.

• Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution while maximizing the reach and impact of marketing initiatives.

• Customer Engagement: Design campaigns that foster customer interaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement with the KKday brand and its offerings.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or consumer-facing industries.

• Skills:

• Proven experience leading successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

• Creativity in campaign ideation and execution, with a solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.

• Leadership: Experience managing a team and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Cantonese required.
