Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and drive revenue.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive landscape and consumer behaviour.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
- Oversee the implementation of promotional activities and assess their effectiveness, looking at Performance and ROI
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in retail and beauty brands marketing.
- Experience from the Aesthetic beauty/ beauty centre industry is a big advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales-driven marketing results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Positive and driven personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
