Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to achieve business objectives and high level of customer satisfaction

• Explore potential business development

• Liaise with customers in all sales and marketing activities in Research, Clinical and Academic industries

• Develop and initiate new business ideas and work with Product Marketing team for business growth and development

• Work with different support teams effectively to deliver customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives

• Prepare, review sales report, SFDC pipeline management and sales figure analysis

• Coaching of sales team as requested

• Handle special projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in a science related discipline

• At least 5 years' relevant experience preferably gained in Sales, with experience in academic & diagnostics market is an advantage

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Manager.

• Strong business acumen and proactive customer-focus

• Strong teamwork mindset

• Goal-oriented with strong drive to the achievement

• Outgoing personality with good integrity

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Able to work under stressful and matrix environment and with high level of strive to capture all new business opportunities
