Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve the business growth and profit objectives of the key broker account business portfolio
• Establish and maintain close relationship with key broker account and clients to maintain, explore and develop business opportunities
• Evaluate risks and provide sound advice and services to direct customer (add)
• Ensure all business to be written in accordance with respective acceptance authority and seek for appropriate reinsurance support or referral when necessary
• Support supervisors in business development, pricing, promotion, sales and distribution channels of the business
• Support supervisor to monitor the team to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of daily operation, including corporate credit policy, standard on turnaround time and accuracy requirement
• Support supervisor to lead the team and provide technical advice or guidance to subordinates
Requirement:
• Degree holder preferably in insurance or business-related disciplines
• Holder or in progress of professional insurance qualification such as IIQE
• At least 8 years of experience in Health insurance in which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Knowledgeable in Life or Health insurance underwriting is advantageous
• Solid experience in account management
• Excellent customer services, supervisory, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking, result-driven, customer-centric with strong business acumen
• Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
