Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities on e-commerce platforms, plan and implement online sales strategies and ensure smooth operation and optimal performance

• Manage & streamline the daily operations of the e-commerce platform functions, e.g. pricing update, product management, stock management, logistic arrangement, customer services, content & translation with the support of local teams.

• Analyze the online sales performance and roll out effective campaigns to reach meet e-commerce KPI (traffic, conversion rate, transaction, sales and etc) with monthly report

• Analyze market and in-house data to understand consumer behaviors and identify marketing trends and provide regular reports

• Partnering with marketing team, develop and implement various and effective CRM campaign & strategy to drive online to offline sales optimization and consumers experience.

• Handle ad hoc operation tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Communications, or related disciplines

• Min. 3 years of related working experience; applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior E-commerce Executive.

• Experience in e-commerce launch, overall operational flow, sporting goods and data analysis would be a strong and crucial advantage

• Passionate about sports & strong knowledge of footwear is a plus.

• Able to work independently, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with pleasant and outgoing personality;

• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;

• Be proactive, self-motivated and well-organized;

• Immediately available is preferred
