Currently, we have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, a leading postal service provider. They offer postal services and e-commerce logistics and supply chain solutions to clients globally. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support customers in Hong Kong and China.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Officer, your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, handling customer enquiries, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, assisting in providing service and product training to customers when required, and performing other customer service duties as requested.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Post-secondary degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably gained in e-commerce or logistics industries.
- Customer-focused on excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Speedy and accurate Chinese typing skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Proficiency in working with different IT systems.
- Proactive and team player attitude.
