Key Responsibilities:
• Manage external IT support vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and meet local business needs.
• Coordinate IT support requirements with vendor teams, IT teams and business partners.
• Oversee daily IT infrastructure service activities and project delivery.
• Ensure effective delivery of meeting room technology and support for high-profile digital/virtual events.
• Explore innovative technologies to simplify and automate processes. Provide IT consultancy and operational support.
• Act as a change agent for global infrastructure project adoption and implementation.
• Facilitate education for the business to enhance productivity through technology.
• Manage site telecom hub and infrastructure assets.
• Assist with IT equipment procurement and routine operations.
• Conduct access security reviews.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining quality and compliance standards as guided by the organization's Quality and Compliance Lead.
• Support audits and preparation efforts.
• Identify and oversee solutions for IT quality governance improvements
Basic Requirements:
• Trilingual strong communicator – English, Cantonese, Chinese – overall, confident communicator – is a required by client.
• Bachelor Degree in relevant degree given preference ; secondary on Science or relevant subjects Science, physics, Mathematics – is a required by client.
• Travelling and ability to work onsite – 1-2 times a month.
• Honest, mature, reliable, punctual, proven team-player, strong sense of responsibiliity.
• Minimum 1-2 yrs in Office-IT proven support work experience – candidates with less may be considered with strong customer facing skills.
