Introduction:
The Business Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Attractions and Tours segment in Hong Kong. This role is critical for driving traffic, optimizing resources, and ensuring the seamless execution of tours, attraction ticketing, and related services. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and suppliers to optimize operations, drive efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
In this Role, you’ll get to
• Traffic & Revenue Optimization: Optimize site resources to monitor performance, driving traffic and revenue growth.
• Product Selection: Analyze market trends to select key products resonating with the local audience.
• Content Localization: Ensure clear, accurate, and appealing product descriptions in the local language.
• Channel Promotion: Collaborate with internal teams to promote products via PPC, SEO, and social media.
• Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze and track data to uncover insights and adjust strategies.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report data to predict trends and inform decision-making.
• Operations Support: Coordinate with local and HQ teams, including HQ China, to ensure seamless operations, optimize resources, and align local efforts with broader company objectives.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present reports on performance and KPIs, communicating actionable insights effectively.
What you'll Need to Succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or e-commerce.
• Excellent command of both English and Mandarin is essential for cross-border team coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
