Job Description
The Manager/ Senior Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee the sales operations of residential properties, including planning and implementing sales programs. This hands-on position involves developing sales strategies, preparing compliant sales materials such as brochures and pricing structures, and conducting market research to generate analysis and sales reports. The role also requires exploring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with property agencies through project previews and briefings, and delivering training to the sales operation team on project details. Success in this role demands exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to perform under tight schedules.
The Successful Applicant
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a degree or above in Surveying, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, along with at least six years of experience in sales and marketing of first-hand residential properties. A strong understanding of residential market trends, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), along with self-motivation, independence, and the ability to work under pressure, are key requirements. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager position.
