JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Topline Marketing will be coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with Internal stakeholders, External Agency partners to implement Marketing Campaigns, ensuring alignment with the commercial plan, and leads initiatives focused on lower funnel/demand generation marketing for rooms and food & beverage (F&B) offerings to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility for all of Marriott brand and portfolio. On top of Media Planning, Strategy and Execution, the incumbent will be required to work closely with Technology, Measurement and Data companies across GC, have a strong understanding of Tagging, Analytics, and implementing effective insights from Big Data to power existing Marketing activities across GC market.
Incumbent will deliver against defined by successfully partnering with disciplines within Marriott Headquarters and Field Marketing team, while bringing unique regional needs to the forefront and create effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
• Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
• Minimum of 4-6+ years of relevant work experience as a digital marketing professional for multinational corporations, B2C brands or marketing agencies
• Strong knowledge of and experience in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets
Preferred
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in marketing campaigns to drive topline revenues.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Willingness to travel frequently
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
• Collaborates with commercial teams to develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns that align with the overall business objectives and enhance topline revenue.
• Develops and manages the marketing budget for individual campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Analyzes market data and performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
• Builds out a consumer-centric planning approach for campaign execution and optimization.
• Work closely with agency partner on strategy planning and campaign management.
