The role:

As a Senior E-Commerce Executive, you will be an essential part of our team and contribute to our online retail strategy in Hong Kong. You will support initiatives that enhance our digital presence and improve customer experience, fostering engagement and loyalty that aligns with our brand values.

What you’ll do:

E-Commerce Strategy & Support

• Collaborate on the development and implementation of strategies to enhance online sales and brand visibility

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure smooth performance

Digital Marketing & Promotion

• Collaborate to the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives

• Help enhance online customer engagement through targeted promotions and creative ideas

Analytics & Performance Insights

• Monitor website analytics and sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Prepare regular reports to inform strategic decisions

Customer Experience Enhancement

• Aid in optimising the online shopping journey based on customer feedback and behaviour

• Support efforts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with inventory, supply chain, and marketing teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals

• Assist in managing the e-commerce budget to maximise ROI

What you have:

Experience & Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the beauty or retail industry

• A proven ability to contribute to online sales growth and improving customer engagement

Digital Marketing Familiarity

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools

• Experience in supporting SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns

Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and support informed business decisions

Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams

Project Management Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines and objectives

Passion for the Industry

• A creative problem-solver with a genuine passion interest in the beauty industry and enhancing customer experience
