As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's brand position and market share primarily in the food service segment.
Job Responsibilities
• Developing & executing the sales plan for short/medium/long term goals
• Understanding market trends, competition positioning, potential sales channels, and translating opportunities into real business
• Assuring distribution coverage and having clear distributors plans in place to meek KPIs
• Developing close relationships with clients and achieving over time a preferred supplier position
• Leading and inspiring own sales team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve volume and value goals set

Requirements
• Bachelor's or university degree in international business or a commercial field such as Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration
• 6-10 years of international sales experience preferably in FMCG or within the Food Service Industry
• Experience in the agricultural or food processing sector is advantageous
• Knowledge of wholesale, trade & channel marketing, and key account management within the region
• Good command of English and Mandarin language
• Exceptional financial and business acumen
