Our client, an international fashion brand is looking for a APAC marketing manager, this role is reporting to managing director and will be supporting the business growth in Asia.
Responsibilities:
• Work with global marketing and APAC sales teams to execute brand strategy and business objectives with regional focus.
• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and initiatives according to latest industry trends and market best practices, to support franchise growth and brand consistency across Asia Pacific
• Collaborate with franchisees to ensure alignment with global brand standards while adapting to local market needs.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing activations to drive brand communications and customer acquisition.
• Provide marketing tools, resources, and training to franchisees to enhance their local marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Asia Pacific region
• Regular sharing insights with the global marketing team, focusing specifically on local needs and best practices
• Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI.
• Regular check-ins with all business partners to stay updated on key marketing priorities
• Managing sample orders and stock movements
Requirements:
• Degree holder in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years relevant experience in fashion and APAC
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach, ability to work under a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and an ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally
• Experience of the franchise business model and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, additional Asian language is preferable
• Business travel as required
