In this role, you will oversee a development team in creating and managing frontend and backend applications, ensuring high-quality standards and effective collaboration with Business Analysts while mentoring junior members and driving the use of a low-code platform.
Job Duties:
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to address solution and functional design needs as a key member of the development team.
Lead a development team in the creation of frontend web applications and backend API development throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee quality control processes, including code reviews and analysis, to ensure high standards of software quality.
Prepare technical specifications and software test plans, and conduct debugging and performance optimization with the team.
Guide the development team in managing low-code platform applications, workflow development, reporting, and configurations.
Mentor and provide support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Requirments:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT development industry.
Strong expertise in OutSystems, along with relevant certifications.
Solid experience in .NET and RESTful API development is essential.
Familiarity with UIPath, IIS, and/or MSSQL is a plus.
Project management certification (PMP) is advantageous.
Experience managing the OutSystems platform is a significant benefit.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and web technologies.
Ability to manage the low-code platform to ensure stability and implement necessary architectural changes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Self-motivated, innovative, and equipped with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
