• Develop and Execute International Sales Strategies:
• Research and identify potential international markets and opportunities for our industrial product portfolio.
• Develop and implement comprehensive international sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Market Development and Expansion:
• Identify, qualify, and establish strong relationships with potential international distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
• Develop and manage a network of international sales channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and market demands.
• Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and build relationships.
• Sales Management and Target Achievement:
• Set and monitor sales targets for international markets and individual partners.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to international distributors and sales teams.
• Track sales performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key international customers and partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for international sales inquiries and issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Develop a deep understanding of our industrial product range, technical specifications, and applications.
• Develop and deliver effective product presentations and training materials for international partners and customers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop international marketing materials and campaigns.
• Compliance and Legal:
• Ensure all international sales activities comply with relevant legal regulations, trade agreements, and company policies.
• Manage international contracts and agreements.
• Travel:
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis to meet with partners, customers, and attend industry events.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years of proven experience in international sales of industrial products.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding international sales targets.
• Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and trade regulations.
• Experience in developing and managing international distribution networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is essential. Fluency in additional Asian languages is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
