Our business partner is a well-established wholesale bank who are now seeking experienced Institutional Sales in Global Markets to support the growth of their team.
Your new role
As a key member of the team, you will:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market share growth across institutional clients, such as securities firms, brokerage clients and overseas banks, etc.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their investment needs and objectives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of global market trends, products, and services to offer relevant insights and solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with product specialists, trading desks, and research teams to provide comprehensive service and support to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during all sales processes.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in treasury markets with a proven track record in institutional sales. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese is required to serve a diverse portfolio of clients. Relevant product knowledge is a must, and you will also have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and different stakeholders.
