Role:
The position focuses on acquiring new mass retail clients in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan while strengthening relationships within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth across Greater China within targeted retail markets
• Develop new C-Level business partnerships by empowering clients to innovate through data-led loyalty solutions
• Uncover opportunities for expanding and deepening engagement with key accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to craft compelling insights-driven sales proposals and cutting-edge loyalty solutions
Requirements:
• 12-15 years of B2B sales experience in retail marketing, digital/customer experience agencies, or market research, with exposure to B2C industries like FMCG or retail
• Demonstrated success in complex solution selling and building high-value relationships at the C-Level
• Expertise in penetrating key accounts and forging connections with senior-level contacts
• A creative problem solver with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Regional consumer exposure across Asia advantageous
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Willingness to travel periodically
