We're partnering with a well-known European premium homeware & kitchenware brand in finding a newly created Sales Manager to focus on wholesale/distributor management within the APAC market.
The individual will be responsible in driving sales growth including opening new distribution channels to drive revenue and brand growth in the designated countries to ensure the brand awareness is captured in all point-of-sales.

• Responsible in developing distributor/wholesale channels in designated countries in the APAC market to ensure positive financial and brand growth
• Develop tailored sales and distributor partnership strategies to ensure sales growth and brands are expanding into the retail presence within the designated markets/countries
• Collaboration with distributors/wholesales in formulating sales and marketing strategies to ensure positive ROI financially and for the brand's equity in the market
• Collaboration with local point-of-sale to ensure brand image & equity is aligned with maximum awareness
• Conduct market analysis on industry trends, competitor activities and market needs to ensure strategies are bridging gaps
• Collaboration with internal marketing and retail team to enhance overall business performance.
skills & experiences required
• Degree holder in business related discipline
• Minimum 3 years sales/business development experiences in export/distributor/wholesale
• Experience with retail and/or premium category consumer products is preferred
• Solid APAC sales/wholesale/distribution experiences is needed
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical, number sensitive, strong business acumen and relationship-oriented
• Ability to read, communicate and write in Chinese and English
