HQ Group Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Lead to join the team. A key member of the team and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies horizontally across all our products to promote Shangri-la Group’s services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and a passion for the hospitality industry.
What You'll Be Doing
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for hotel products and services, including FAMEX & other Rooms, F&B, Wellness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and portfolio marketing to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify opportunities for product development and promotional activities.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and advertisements, and lead the consistency across the Regions and Properties.
• Collaborate with the social media team to effect and monitor online marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and engage with customers.
• Monitor and analyse product marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the product marketing strategies remain competitive.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, with proven leadership attributes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across a diverse range of peers across time zones and cultures.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
