about the team.You will be joining a dynamic marketing team focused on driving foot traffic and play a key role in supporting mall promotion initiatives.

• Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing events, manage mall decorations, and ensure all branding, communication, and creative materials are consistent with the shopping mall's brand positioning.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments, shopping mall tenants, and external agencies to facilitate successful marketing initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans, encompassing idea generation, campaign development, and execution across all marketing channels.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with complementary brands to create mutually beneficial joint promotions.
skills & experiences required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of marketing experience in shopping mall promotions,preferably from property developers/agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
