• Develop, execute, and manage result-driven social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Create both short-term and long-term social media plans, regularly reviewing and optimizing action plans to achieve business and communication goals.


• Oversee and expand our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.


• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience insights, and engagement opportunities, staying updated on the latest tools, trends, algorithms, and best practices.


• Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management and campaign execution; strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.


• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, including content creation and community management.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities and a creative mindset.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising strategies is a plus.
