We're currently partnering exclusively with a premium end-to-end plastic molding solution manufacturer with a strong presence in the sector in finding a newly created Global Head of Sales.
Reporting into the VP of International Sales, the individual will be responsible in driving and leading revenue growth in the plastic molding solution across Clients across different industry sector in Europe and US market.

• Develop and implement a global sales strategy specifically tailored for the European and US markets, aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential new markets, and key customer opportunities within the plastic molding sector in Europe and the US.
• Define and implement efficient and effective sales processes, leveraging CRM systems and other tools to optimize sales effectiveness and reporting.
• Management of key strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving repeat business, upsselling and growth.
• Develop strategies to drive new customers across target industries in Europe and the US, leveraging a consultative selling approach and tailored solution
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and oversee the negotiation of complex contracts with key clients.
• Forecast sales revenue and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to the executive leadership team.
• Collaboration with internal departments effectively (Operations, Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, Design and Marketing etc.), to ensure timely delivery on projects and high customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage the global sales budget for the European and US markets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and the US as required to meet with clients, attend industry events
skills & experiences required.
• Degree in business related discipline; masters or MBA (or equivalent) is a bonus
• Minimum 8 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in the plastic molding sector
• Global sales exposure is preferred
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies and achieving significant revenue growth in both European and US markets.
• Strong understanding of plastic molding processes and their applications across different industries (e.g., automotive, medical, consumer goods etc.)
• Strong network of contacts in Europe and/or the US is a significant advantage.
• Strong team player, relationship-oriented, and strong communications skills
• Results-driven, strong negotiation and project management
• Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in one or more major European languages (e.g., German, French) is a strong asset.
• Travel to Europe and/or US is required
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Sales Manager
