Responsibilities:
• Regularly evaluate service quality and work alongside operational teams to improve performance in key areas like lead times, customer complaints, and escalations.
• Create and implement logistics strategies that are cost-effective for both existing and potential clients.
• Identify and establish partnerships within the supply chain to deliver effective logistics solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recognize and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 5 years' experience in contract logistics solution (sales & key account functions)
• Operational background is a plus
• Knowledge in cold-chain logistics is desired
• Good command of English & Cantonese
