Job Description

• Utilise internal CRM software system to track, engage, and convert inbound leads.

• Offer expert guidance on professional corporate services.

• Provide a comprehensive introduction of company service, ensuring clients have clear expectations.

• Follow a structured sales approach, using calls, emails, and the client's preferred communication method.

• Proactively follow up and facilitating smooth on boarding for new clients.

• Communicate with internal teams to ensure streamlined service delivery for newly on boarded customers.

• Leveraging opportunities to expand into new markets.

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales.

• Prior exposure to IT/ corporate services is advantageous.

• Fluent in English & Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.

• Proactive, detail-driven, and highly self-motivated.

• Exceptional communication skills, results-driven mindset.

• Welcome IANG visa holder.
