Marketing Manager, New Concepts

(Chinese & Western Cuisine)

Responsibility

• Design and develop new restaurant branding & positioning, strategic marketing plan and annual business operations plan from stretch.

• Contribute to integrated marketing strategies to create brand awareness and build customer engagement.

• Oversee marketing and project budget, ensuring activities meet targets and are delivered within budget.

• Manage project timeline and delivery, work closely with functional departments and Restaurant operational teams in execution.

• Plan and deliver all marketing and promotion partnership activities

• Create and resource marketing materials, ensuring consistency with branding and positioning.

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Degree Holder in marketing and any related discipline.

• 8 -10 years’ experience in marketing from Food & Beverage industry.

• Experience in market development of new restaurant brands an advantage.

• Rich knowledge of integrated marketing strategies and media planning.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong leadership skill, persistent, agile & keep up with AI trend & generation.

• People and customer centric, innovative and result oriented.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Manager
