Job Description
As the E-Commerce Manager, you will:
• Be part of our client's dynamic regional team, contributing to digital and e-commerce strategies for APAC markets.
• Develop and implement innovative plans to enhance customer journeys and drive on-site conversions.
• Collaborate with local market teams to ensure the successful roll-out of strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate e-commerce campaigns, improve brand visibility, and achieve long-term growth goals.
• Analyse data, conduct A/B testing, and lead optimisation projects to refine their own brand platforms.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute Conversion Rate Optimisation initiatives that align with business goals and enhance the shopping experience.
• Performance Insights: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track data, identify opportunities, and report successes.
• A/B Testing: Own the roadmap for testing strategies, from hypotheses to interpreting results.
• Collaborative Projects: Partner with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to launch impactful campaigns.
• Customer Research: Conduct qualitative user research for insights to inform ongoing improvements.
• Continuous Enhancement: Iterate on strategies based on data and trends to ensure consistent progress.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
• Experience: 5-8 years in e-commerce management with a proven focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation and strategic planning.
• Bachelor's degree in business, E-commerce, Marketing
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and web analytics tools.
• Opened to industry background but prior work experience from B2C, Retail & FMCG is preferred
• Analytical Skills: Ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Communication: Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Regional Expertise: Familiarity with APAC markets, especially Taiwan, preferred.
• Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
