Our client is a globally recognized footwear and apparel brand, they are now looking for a high caliber to join their regional team in HK.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the sales performance, operations and P&L of Ecommerce platforms (brand-site) across APAC markets
• Work with Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Logistics, IT and Finance for the execution of e-commerce business launch
• Oversee the operations, maintenance and performance of the Ecommerce platform effectiveness
• Implement growth strategy (SEO, SEA, CRM and content optimization) and commercial strategy in line with the marketing plan to optimize the sales potential
• Utilize web analytics tools to provide timely review of all promotional activities, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, eDM, paid social, affiliate
• Initiate and lead projects between different departments that aim to enhance online customer journey and drive business sales growth
• In charge of daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales and profit reporting, as well as marketing KPI goals and generate actionable insights to Management
• Full respond to revamp the global ecommerce website with additional enhancement on UI/UX to drive website organic result
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree Holder
• Minimum of 8 years of Ecommerce experience in fashion retail
• Exposure to APAC markets is highly preferred
• Excellent understanding of salesforce, GA
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies and project management skills
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
