The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online shops to achieve sales goals, enhance the customer experience, and drive overall growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and analytical skills to manage our e-commerce platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- E-Commerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement with HKTV Mall shop and direct online shop
- Identify market trends and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.

- Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce websites, ensuring they are fully functional and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site aesthetics, usability, and performance.

- Product Management:
- Manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are updated.
- Work with inventory teams to align online inventory with physical stock levels.

-Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing initiatives and drive traffic and conversions.

- Customer Experience:
- Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI and customer service.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to implement improvements and address any issues promptly.

- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track site performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Prepare and present reports on e-commerce performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Coordinate promotional and sales activities to maximize revenue opportunities.

- Excellent English and Chinese is a MUST

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or multi-channel environment and HKTV Mall
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media advertising).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and enhancing customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25,000.00 per month
