On behalf of our client, a global leader in the premium food and beverage sector, we are seeking a APAC Sales Manager (Travel Retail). This pivotal role demands a strategic leader with proven success in driving revenue and expanding market share within the competitive travel retail landscape. You will be responsible for the overall profitability and performance of the APAC travel retail business, leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

What you'll do:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, aligned with overall business objectives. This includes annual planning, forecasting, and performance management.

• Market Development & Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Proactively monitor market trends and competitive dynamics.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high achievement. Ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze sales performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to senior management. Implement corrective actions as needed.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in the travel retail industry, with at least 6 years in a senior management role.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.

• Deep understanding of the travel retail landscape, including key distribution channels and customer dynamics.

• Experience in the premium food and beverage sector is highly desirable.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

• Strong negotiation skills and a sharp business acumen.

• Fluency in English and at least one major Asian language.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
