Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Strategy Leadership: Craft and deploy innovative digital campaigns across web and social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, WeChat) to amplify brand impact
• Social Media Excellence: Lead content creation, influencer collaborations, and community growth strategies to elevate the Group’s online presence
• Crisis Control: Build proactive response frameworks and mitigate reputational risks through real-time monitoring and strategic interventions
• Digital Hub Stewardship: Optimize corporate websites and intranet platforms for engagement, functionality, and business alignment
Who You Are:
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• A digital-native marketer with 10+ years’ experience, i.e. 5+ years of experience in digital and social media
• Fluent in storytelling across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and web platforms — in both English and Chinese
• A multitasking innovator who thrives under pressure, blending creativity with analytical rigor
• A strategic thinker who turns data into action and influences cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Manager
