• Deliver B2B account daily support and service
• Maintain assigned key accounts and observe customer demand trends
• Manage customer enquiries, requirements, feedback and complaints to deliver excellent customer service
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal partners regarding their requirements
• Prepare statistical report and performance summaries
• On-job training will be provided
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma holder or university graduate in any discipline
• 1 year or above related working experience, e-commerce logistic is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Independent and detail-oriented with positive attitude
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of "Customer Service Assistant"
• Immediate available is highly preferable
