Job Summary: biwin is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will lead our e-commerce strategy, enhance online business performance, and optimize the digital shopping experience for consumers. This position is essential for expanding our direct-to-consumer sales channels and increasing online brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:


• E-commerce Strategy:

o Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales

o Manage and optimize performance on official company online store and third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, etc.)

o Establish annual e-commerce business goals and key performance indicators


• Platform Management:

o Oversee product listings, content updates, and inventory management

o Ensure consistency of product information and pricing across all e-commerce platforms

o Optimize product pages to improve conversion rates and user experience


• Data Analysis:

o Analyze e-commerce platform data to guide decision-making and strategic adjustments

o Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment rates

o Provide detailed sales reports and trend analysis


• Digital Marketing:

o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop e-commerce-specific marketing campaigns

o Manage search engine marketing and display advertising campaigns

o Implement email marketing and customer retention strategies


• Inventory & Order Management:

o Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability

o Monitor order fulfillment processes and customer service levels

o Resolve inventory and logistics-related issues


• Market Trend Analysis:

o Research e-commerce trends and consumer buying behaviors

o Monitor competitors' online activities and performance

o Identify growth opportunities and potential partnerships

Qualifications:


• 3+ years of e-commerce management experience in consumer electronics or related industries


• Familiarity with major e-commerce platform operations and optimization (Amazon, Newegg, etc.)


• Data analysis and interpretation skills, with knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools


• Strong project management and multitasking abilities


• In-depth understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field


• Proficiency with e-commerce platform backends, CRM systems, and analytics tools
